Open Round Bath Chamber (Warner)
Warner RC-21BRW Open Round Bath Chamber
Description

This recording chamber features a round, wide aperture, open bath for maximum imaging area.

The RC-21BRW is an open bath recording chamber using a 25 mm diameter round coverslip as the chamber bottom. The wide, round aperture of the RC-21BRW maximizes the viewing area on the coverslip and enables excellent access for electrodes. Constant solution level and quiet operation are assured with the use of a wick between the bath and suction well. Bath volume is 240 µl per mm solution height.

The low profile design of the RC-21BRW is ideal for use with large diameter objectives and will accommodate either upright or inverted microscopes. The large imaging area (17 mm diameter) increases the likelihood of viewing desired cell features located around the periphery of the chamber.

RC-21BRW chambers require a platform (P-2, PH-2, or PM-2) and stage adapter to complete the assembly for mounting onto a microscope.

Each chamber includes a pack of #1 thickness glass coverslips (CS-25R, 25 mm diameter, 100/pkg) and 10 ft of PE-160 tubing.
